Cancellation of chauffeured services involving each vehicle prior to pick-up for Outbound/Inbound Airport Transfers, Point-to-Points, and Outbound/Inbound Seaport Transfers: within three (3) hours. In the case of SUVs and vans, within six (6) hours. If you are renting a limousine, you must do so within twelve (12) hours. Within twenty-four (24) hours for stretch SUVs, minibusses, and party buses. Within forty-eight (48) hours for motor coaches. It should be noted that cancellations made within the time frames listed above of the scheduled pick-up time will incur full charges, including the STC charge, as well as applicable parking and toll charges.
The cancellation of special events, such as proms, birthday parties, sporting events, concerts, festivals, etc. If notified within 24 hours, the cancellation will be considered a late cancellation and the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
For calls outside of the United States and Canada. It is required that cancellations be received at least 24 hours in advance of the pick-up time for domestic reservations and 48 hours in advance for international reservations. If you cancel your reservation after the deadline, there will be a charge. Charges may be higher if the contracted time exceeds the quoted amount.
All deposits are NON-refundable.
A waiting time charge will be applied after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet for pickups that do not occur at an airport or port. In addition, airport pickups beyond 30 minutes after landing will be subject to a waiting time; in the case of international arrivals, it will be 45 minutes after landing.
Additional stops are priced from $20.00 to $60.00+, depending on the type of vehicle and the location. A point-to-point transfer or an airport transfer does not include any additional stops. When booking a reservation by phone, the dispatcher will provide a quote that does not include additional stops, unless otherwise discussed. Between pick-up and drop-off, additional stops are calculated based on the distance from the route.
In the case of seaport pickups, fares are calculated based on wait time rates in 15 minute increments. All hourly rates are calculated from the time of pick up to the time of drop off at the destination. We calculate all wait time rates based on the assigned pick-up time. A port fee of $10.00 will be charged for mileage reservations (this fee is already included in hourly reservations). On special occasions or on specific days, such as national holidays, special rates, extended minimums, and alternate cancellation policies may apply. Please contact your account manager if you have any questions regarding no shows, late cancellations, or late changes. All ground transportation services must be paid prior to the end of each journey, unless otherwise agreed upon through an account opening and approval procedure. Invoices must be paid by credit card on file upon receipt for account holders.
All reservations scheduled between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am will incur an additional $10.00 charge on the regular base rate. A no-show policy for all vehicles will result in full charges, including gratuity, STC charge, and parking charges.
Smoking is prohibited at all times. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or any member of their party during the duration of the rental will be borne by the client, who is responsible for each guest. In addition, the client is responsible for any and all repair costs as well as income loss caused by damages, including:
- There is a fee of $100.00 or more for each carpet or seat burn.
- Cleaning fee of $50.00 or more (food/drinks, outside dirt, etc.)
- There is a $250.00 fee for smoking violations.
- Any missing or broken device/item in each vehicle will be charged a fee of $50.00+
- The customer will be responsible for the fines incurred as a result of each damage.
Under the law, passengers under the age of 21 are prohibited from consuming alcohol or using drugs. The customer will be responsible for any fines incurred. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if the is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is illegal to stand through the sun roof. If any passenger smokes inside the vehicle the driver has the right to terminate the job and forfeit fare for noncompliance.
All personal belongings and valuables are recommended to be removed from the vehicle. Orlando Lux Car Service is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings, in addition to luggage.
Chauffeurs are not authorized to alter booked times, pick-up or destination addresses, or routes without the prior consent of the fleet manager. Unless otherwise stated, passengers must meet the chauffeur outside of the security area at the Seaport. In the event of an airport pickup, passengers are required to meet the chauffeur at the security area unless otherwise indicated. If the passenger cannot locate the driver, please call (855) 773-5466 immediately to coordinate the pickup.
Orlando Lux Car Service is not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. Not salted, accidents, etc.) and heavy traffic, accidents, bad weather, etc. The Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
Each vehicle cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. As long as the vehicle capacity has not been exceeded, additional occupants will be charged extra.
Agreement Charges & Liability
Orlando Luxury Car Service’s clients are responsible for agreeing to pay all charges as stated, and if payment is not made, criminal prosecution may result. Any person who disputes charges under this contract will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. As part of the prosecution, local authorities are notified of fraudulent use of a credit card, and the employer is notified for the purpose of garnishing wages to settle the debt. In the event that Orlando Luxury Car Service is required to take any action to administer or implement this agreement, Orlando Luxury Car Service will be entitled to recover all costs, damages, and expenses, including attorney fees. These terms are a legal and binding agreement between the client and Orlando Luxury Car Service governing the client’s use of the services offered by Orlando Luxury Car Service. Clients agree to be bound by these terms of service by using the services. In addition, Orlando Luxury Car Service reserves the right to modify any conditions from time to time as it sees fit and the continued use of our services by our clients indicates their acceptance of any changes made.
Upon booking my reservation through the internet or by telephone, I hereby authorize Orlando Luxury Car Service to charge me for the above accredited services as defined in my account or reservation. Further, I understand that by booking my reservation online or by telephone, I am agreeing and accepting the disclaimer notice, the terms and conditions, as well as the Federal Digital Security Act. A cancellation policy is in place for each trip. In the event that I fail to notify Orlando Luxury Car Service within the time frame set for the trip, the deposit will be forfeited, as outlined at the beginning of the terms of service.
